Get-/Set- AzureRmDiagnosticSetting seems broken in the latest release

Description

When running Get-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting or Set-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting, it seems to always throw an "NotFound" exception.

Script/Steps for Reproduction

Get-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting -ResourceId $Resource.ResourceId

Error thrown:
Get-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting : Operation returned an invalid status code 'NotFound'

Set-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting -ResourceId $Resource.ResourceId -WorkspaceId $WorkspaceResourceId -Enabled $true

Error thrown:
Set-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting : Exception type: ErrorResponseException, Message: The diagnostic setting 'service' doesn't exist., Code: ResourceNotFound, Status code:NotFound, Reason phrase: Not Found

Module Version

AzureRM 6.7.0 (I know this worked in 6.2.0)
AzureRm.Insights 5.1.1 (We used it without problems in version 5.0.1)

I am running on AzureRM.Insights 5.1.5 still getting the following error :

Command :
Set-AzureRmDiagnosticSetting -Name $diagsettingname -ResourceId $sqlServerResourceId
-WorkspaceId $WSID -Enabled $True -RetentionEnabled $True -RetentionInDays 30

Error Message :
Exception type: ErrorResponseException, Message: The diagnostic setting 'devUksSQLDBauth55diagsetting' doesn't exist., Code: ResourceNotFound, Status code:NotFound, Reason phrase: Not Found

Any possible solution or fixes - your help is much appreacited
