Adding a data loader script to read Brats challenge dataset from the drive or local machine

Hi, thanks for the amazing work. I want to add a script here to load the Brats challenge dataset from the local directory or from google drive in case running in google colab. That will help in training and testing the Brats 20 dataset or any other dataset.
