the
modelssubpackage was removed in0.3and a deprecation warning added. This PR now completely removes themodelssubpackage asQuantEcon.applicationsno longer exists, and is not supported.I have left the
modelsinfrastructure inqe_apidoc.pyin case it is required in the future. It was a way of organising the docs intotoolsandmodelsheadings.travis.ymlhas been updated to remove the ignore on models.
