Create packages and push to robostack-staging #167

Hi @IsabelParedes @wolfv @hbcarlos - it would be great to build conda packages against Python 3.11 so they are compatible with the latest RoboStack packages.
Or, having quickly checked, the package is noarch: python - do we know if it still works with recent RoboStack? If so, we could just upload the existing package there.
