Document how to update service API token

What changes are you suggesting?

I am not sure if this is just a documentation issue or not, but at the moment, this page marks service api token as Editable after creation, while it seems I cannot update the API token from the configuration UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an autorag app and let Cloudflare create a service token for me.
2. Go to my account's Service Token page (https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens) and roll the AutoRag token.
3. Go to AutoRag configuration (/{account}/ai/autorag/rag/{project}/settings), click the Pencil icon near "Service API Token", and expect I can update the token value, or replace the token.
4. The token is not clickable, and the app will not work, presumably as a result of the token being rolled.
