When you use the remote MCP servers that Cloudflare offers, we don't charge you for tool calls. It's possible to use the Cloudflare MCP server to do take actions on your account that incur costs — like if you used the Bindings MCP server to deploy an app with a D1 database and it ran many queries, but there's no cost inherent to using the MCP servers themselves.

When you deploy your own MCP server to Cloudflare, you're using Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and Workers KV. Pricing info below:
