The zones_list tool is currently coded to only return mock data, and not call the API endpoint.

I'm guessing it was probably coded by an AI tool 😃

This is relevant to the local stdio based server. We are now maintaining the remote MCP server, which shouldn't have this issue. Sorry we left your PR hanging, as we were actively transitioning the repo to remote servers at the time
