These tests have been causing the dart2js bots to fail intermittently, specifically the dart2js-strong-win-x64-chrome bot.

There are some skips for these tests in the status files, but it only covers a few configurations. We could extends this to include all the current bots that are affected until we have longer timeout periods.

Unsure of what label to apply currently. Perhaps area-test/area-web as both are affected?

This test also appears to be intermittently flaky on dart2js-mac-chrome.

Also flaky today on dart2js-strong-linux-x64-chrome, as well as the dart2js-strong-win-x64-chrome bot mentioned at the start of this issue.

Now failing on the dart2js-linux-chrome bot. I'll approve those failures for now, but we should revisit this.
