ECE: Fix termination and deletion instructions (#1327)

- Fixes elastic/docs-feedback#96 (private)
- Updates the instructions to reflect the current UI (Actions menu)

tested in 3.8 and 4.0, and feedback was for 3.7 - will open a separate
pr for 3.x fix
