What happened?

In Logstash, when a health report probe detects a degraded or at-risk state, the diagnosis links to a probe-specific page anchored to the meaning of the specific diagnosis.

When the 9.0 version of this page is accessed, it gets re-routed to a single page that holds all of the probes, and the anchor no longer works to direct the user to the meaningful bit:
