Support Elastic Security - Kibana API

Currently, there does not seem to be support in the Library for Elastic Security Operations (Example: The Detections API)

Integrated support within this library will be great and help simplify integrations already done with Elasticsearch

@metalshanked I dont know if you know about the elastic-detection-rules repo where they have a python command line tool. There is also a library folder with kibana python function which are exactly using the API you request but its not a whole python package but rather a library integrated in the repo, as far as I know :)
