  1. WIP 

    - stop inheriting from pom-scijava parent
- replace pom.xml by parts of the effective pom generated with mvn help:effective-pom when it was still inheriting
- simplify dependencies by removing the main method and net.imagej.ImageJ reference
- add simple test, testing initialization of the GaussFiltering class

This commit enables running jacoco-maven-plugin via the following command:

  mvn jacoco:prepare-agent test jacoco:report

Unfortunately, the missing `<argLine>` property lead to build failure when running tests *without* jacoco...
