  1. Refactor to replace getPlatform with getOperatingSystem 

    Replaced the `Platform` enum with `OperatingSystem`, aligning enum values and method naming for better clarity and consistency across all modules. Updated all references and implementations accordingly to improve platform-specific logic handling.

  2. Update library version to 0.1.4 and improve app restart logic. 

    Bumped the version of dependencies in `build.gradle.kts` and updated examples in the README. Refactored `AppRestarter` to delegate executable path resolution to a new `AppManager` singleton for improved readability and exception handling.
