I have verified this issue as per defined above pre-conditions, Issue description and expected result. Quantity filter options is not showing after applied Layered Navigation as YES for the quantity_and_stock_status field.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop branch and the issue is reproducible:
Steps :
Stores - Attributes - Product - Search for "quantity_and_stock_status"
Storefront Properties - Use in Layered Navigation - Select Filterable option and Save Attribute
Reindex and clear cache
Create a new product from Admin and assign inventory sources(if available) and update quantity and stock status: In-stock and save the product
Front end - Verify the Filter
Quantity filter options is not showing in Front-end
