Hi @Ecommerce-Quba, Thanks for your reporting and collaboration. We have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and we are not able to reproduce the issue.kindly refer the screenshots. ![]() ![]() Customer receiving the the Order Confirmation Email and Invoice from Magento. Kindly recheck the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and check if any third party modules causing this issue and elaborate the steps to reproduce if the issue is still reproducible. Thanks. |

Our customers do not receive the Order Confirmation Email and Invoice from Magento.
We tried to place an order on our Online Shop, and Magento will send the Order Confirmation and Invoice to our customers after purchase. However, these emails are not being sent from yesterday.
We are urgently seeking help as customers are coming back to ask for the order confirmation and invoice.
