Error appears as 'Product is out of stock' when editing orders in the backend without MSI. #39898

Hello @bhavyamodi29 , Thank you for your report and collaboration. We have attempted to reproduce the issue using the latest 2.4-develop instance and were able to successfully replicate the issue. Please refer to the attached screenshot for further details. Steps to Reproduce: Place an order with the entire quantity via the frontend. We followed the provided preconditions and reproduction steps, and the issue was observed as described. As a result, we are marking this ticket as "Issue: Confirmed." Thank you! |

Description (*)
While placing an order for a product with its entire stock quantity causes an issue during order editing from the backend. The error 'Product is out of stock' is displayed, even though the order should be editable. As you can see in below Screenshot-1.
