How to upload UPIP downloadable package on PyPi #409

I have been trying to upload upip downloadable package to PyPi. I have used sdist_upip for packaging the module and also have setup.py file similar to packages on micropython-lib. The module is uploaded successfully on PyPi, but I am not able to install it using upip.

here is the link to PyPi package: https://pypi.org/project/micropython-mojocsv/
What step am I missing?
