A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#2462.

[css-text-4] Propose 'text-spacing: space-first' (trim-start-except-first-line) as a normal behavior

RESOLVED: Accept the proposal in the issue (initial value is space-first, and hanging-punctuation hangs ideographic space)

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
