The release process doc https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-kubernetes-gateway/blob/07587a0335912eec257be5a17b2ea1e868942a6c/docs/release-process.md is overloaded with the info that is not relevant for NKG users, only for developers

Acceptance criteria:

  • The information pertaining to how to cut the release is moved alongside other developer documentation.
  • Information pertaining to upcoming development and how the NKG project is versioned is in a location alongside other user facing documentation.
