ListItemAttachments cancel event is hanging the control

Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

ListItemAttachment control gets stuck when we cancel the file selector popup window. This happens when the control is in new mode and we click on the add button which appears on the center.

Observed Behavior

When the user is clicking on Add button to add the attachment and then file selector window appear from where the user can choose any file from the device. Instead of selecting any file, if the user presses the cancel button and then again click on Add button of the attachment control, it does not show anything.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Add button.
2. Click on Cancel button in the file selector window.
3. Click on Add button
