I was going to submit a "new" library, but wanted to add some remarks (it was a rename of an older one and the release URL did change). Currently there is no option to add my own text (i get it for clean, fast process, but still). Claudine suggested I created this issue so you could comment on it. Thanks!

thanks @vincentsijben ! Just wanted to get your quick thoughts @SableRaf in case you had concerns or further suggestions. I could imagine each contributor might have their own circumstances that would lead to questions or special remarks associated with the submission. My idea is to add another input at the very bottom, after everything in the current forms, with the header "Additional Remarks" in the issue templates. I'll work on a PR this afternoon, so there is something concrete to react to.
