Describe the enhancement

Link to the forum is somewhat buried on the homepage and download page.

Why is this enhancement important?

Having an additional forum link in the top menu would make it easier for people to know where they can ask for help. I'd suggest replacing the Teach link which needs a larger upgrade to be useful.
