right now the lifecycle page says 6.2 series has already EOL, but there is a new security patch release for it today

The EOL dates on https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/rs/installing-upgrading/product-lifecycle only apply to Redis Enterprise Software, which is a platform that includes extra features and management tools in addition to multiple bundled Redis database versions. Redis Enterprise Software release notes are available here: https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/rs/release-notes/.

The Redis 6.2.18 release https://github.com/redis/redis/releases/tag/6.2.18 that you linked is for Redis Community Edition, which is standard Redis.

@dwdougherty Do you know if there's an equivalent EOL page for Redis CE releases?

@rrelledge I don't believe there is because Redis CE doesn't have the same support as RS and RC.

that is actually good to know, we will need to split the EOL tracking on the endoflife side.
