Question around use of sound files

Hey,

I just want to ask a clarifying question about the phrase "By clicking Submit, you agree to dedicate your recorded audio to the public domain (CC0)". Are the audio files being shared or sent to a third party? Are they being used in models external to the one that the user is trying to generate on their local machine?

I'm using my own voice to train a model but would need to consider if it's being used else where.
