[DOCS] Enterprise Edition

Context

We are launching the enterprise version of Semaphore, which should be available for free for certain set of users. The enterprise edition is a bit different from the community edition: installation is slightly different, there are considerations regarding the best production environment, and feature-set is different.

We need to add a new section in documentation dedicated to enterprise.

• Updated comparison page, to include enterprise
• Enterprise edition in the selector
• Enterprise is a copy of Community Edition but with:
  • Updated installation pages
  • Info about how to get license and who can do it
  • Placeholder pages for the features missing from Community Edition

Additional improvements (if there's time or after launch)

• Redesign the landing page to guide to different versions better
• Add improved comparison page that goes deeper into differences (from the perspective of use-case) not just feature comparison
