  2. GPT-5 codex first attempt at Responses API 

    Prompt was: Look in the 1lm/default_plugins/openai_models.py file - it uses the chat completions API. Add a new _SharedResponses base class that uses the responses API instead, then ChatResponses and AsyncChatResponses classes, then use those classes for the GPT-5 models
