Postcard RTK - Fails to configure via Wi-Fi

Postcard RTK with Portability Shield (v2.2)
When I configure the Postcard via Wi-Fi configuration, after making the necessary changes and requesting a reset, it restarts, but there's a GNSS and Bluetooth failure.
Every time I've configured via Wi-Fi, I get the same error during the restart.
The solution has been to reset the Postcard using the button several times until the restart is successful and it enters rover mode.
I've also solved it by connecting and disconnecting the power several times.
If I configure via Bluetooth, I generally haven't had any problems.

I have my Wi-Fi settings configured for Wi-Fi mode, not AP mode.
I set it to AP mode, but it still connected to my home router.
