added a custom snippet to align the playlists and folders on the left sidebar to all the other categories in the sidebar.

The first part of the code can be replaced with anything shorter, but for some reason when I remove the line, it reverts the last few lines. |

updated the fix playlist and folder position css and specified the folder icons instead of just one
