rangeBar title of the tooltip seems wrong

Introduction

On chart component, with rangeBar type (this type of chart is not is the documentation of "type" field, it is only mention in the example 9 : timeline), the tooltip is right on the first serie but, on the others, the tooltip shows wrong information.

To Reproduce

On example of tooltip,
point with the cursor to the third serie "yearly maintenance".
The tooltip title is "Operations" but the data of the serie is in "Maintenance" pool.
