[bug] Rlocale doesn't work anymore

Previously I was able to run Rlocale en
Now it returns:

E116: Invalid arguments for function <SNR>101_readable_open_command
E15: Invalid expression: rails#buffer().open_command(a:cmd, c, 'locale', [{'pattern': 'config/locales/*.yml'}, {'pattern': 'config/locales/*.rb'}]})

I have to run Rlocale en.yml in order to make it work.
