Relentless logging in

Every time I log out or log in there is another thing going on as far as like password being changed not being changed taken off sayings being changed or switch also my things that I had on my apps that were taken off deleted and changed awesome my last name for first thing or my social security number with my name a lot of issues a lot of hacking in or logging in from other devices I do not use or even try to use I do not have any kind of other devices but my phone that I have in my hand that's for iPhone desktops tablets any kind of acers or any kind of desktops I do not use any continues going my account and adding themselves into my apps are taking some stuff off my answer settings on my phone and changing everything outDescribe the issue
