As the titles reads. When New years comes around I will be taking a step back majorly from this site. Nothing bad related. Ive just grown bored of talking about the Home comic. It’s really boring, and I can only complain about it so much. I might make posts here and there, but moving forward. It’ll be too a minimum as well as random.

Besides, I just wanna enjoy life to its fullest while I’m still in my prime. my life does not revolve around a screen 24/7. That being said.

Jesus christ this page. Father is honestly an asshole. Mf dips for the longest time while his supposed importance of the pack is struggling on Aedra to the point of the elders almost dying of starvation. Which he knew about. But didn’t take the time to drop ship and make sure they were okay?, even after marduck’s defeat he left them. Why does it all have to be just Jahla. Father made the pack his responsibly ever since Lifa and the Ranulfr arc.

Plus he can randomly take the time to speak with jahla, but can’t go see her brother? and just pushes the narrative of “oh yeah he abused you, but I don’t care. Talk to him” Even though her brother left her permanent scars. Like I would not wanna talk to my brother if he was physically abusing me, stay away from that shit.

also I hate that kiq’s boytoy is on the public comments just making the excuse of “oh father had to worry about earth” bs, it’s an excuse and father could of easily just dropped by and talk some sense into jahla’s brother since it seemed to be hinted that he was slowly losing his mind.

“Ive seen the way he’s changed” didn’t he just say he wasn’t looking and was dealing with earth? How could he know?. Honestly makes me wonder if he cares about Ninmah anymore since her species is extinct or he’ll just say he forgot after she’s found dead or something.

Anyways, Father sucks and the Asmundr pack should not be seeing him as this saint after he left the pack to die basically and didn’t say anything about it. They should be rightfully angry at father. But oh no, only time kainain got angry towards a god was marduck. Though he technically saved their asses.

Huh, so I just realized that Aira is no longer on the characters page. Which I’m assuming is where the Main characters are put. But fucking Felidae gets to stay up? That character barely serves a purpose and is so easily forgetful.

I don’t check the wiki at all much, barely even. But i’m certain she had a reference up there a while back.

yeah so both are really bad individuals. Let’s face it cause we all know why. Marduck is a petty villain because the author held a grudge towards a co-writer over calling him out on his weird obsession with his rapist character. But there is no way that make’s Ranach remotely better than marduck. trauma or not. There is a literal page of Ranach wanting to take advantage of Ulfr. That’s not a trauma response, that’s called a choice and Ranach chose to do all the vile stuff he did and feels no remorse. only time I ever saw Ranach feel guilty is when he no longer had rogiohoe worshipping his butt anymore. He was clearly fine giving up anyone else to the spirt he went too for his own self gain. He doesn’t care about anyone else unless it supports his cause or whatever.
like someone else said, it’s like comparing a rapist with a murderer. Both equally vile, yet saying one “at least didn’t kill the victim”.

I think Ranach is worse then Marduck. all we seen Marduck do is bully elderly dogs because they have a connection with Utu and it feels like a out of spite situation. yeah he killed rome, but that guy was irrelevant to the story and has no real affect on the cast as a whole. He just existed one day for jahla. If it was rhov then that would of been a lot more impactful. being Jahla’s first partner and the son of parents who already lost a child once.

Ok so I have not posted anything in a long time, quite honestly the lack of motivation is strong. And I don’t feel the need to talk about the recent pages as they are as boring as ever and continue to open more plot holes instead of fixing them. Anyways.. *spoiler warning*

well in the newest page we are back with the Asmundr pack and they are planning to head north to join Ronja (i think?). Feaf is having a panic attack and goes off venting at rhov as she now thinks because of Marduck’s obelisk that her offspring having doubts that they won’t be ok and that probably will cause some issues for them. That’s fair sure cause they did almost die. but in my honest opinion. I think it’ll be some way to excuse of actually drawing hybrids and anatomy.

moving forward. rhov tells her that they’ll have the whole pack protecting them and they will face dangers like everyone else, even when they lived back on earth. Feaf pretty much storms off and next few panel cuts off to the ziqos and feaf is suddenly relieved.

That wouldn’t be an issue… but like the ziqos pretty much give a half assed “gratitude” speech and then claim
“we regret we didn’t help out, we were just too fearful of his weapon” but LOL don’t worry we’ll make it up by walking you to the north. And I just… what? that’s it? I’m very certain the rabisu and ziqos were very close to Asmundr territory.

They were keeping an eye on Marduck and the white rabisu leader thanked Kainan for “saving their lives” and knew what his weapon was capable of. they very much likely were close enough to at least hear what was going on and lend them a helping paw as the bare minimum. but nah. They lived there for thousand of years on aedra and did nothing?, they should of had the motivation or confidence to work together as they lost their masters and forced to hide in the dark. sure the rabisu might have a bit more sensitive hearing than other breeds. but come on man make it make sense and it could of have been an interesting fight. but nope, instead Jahla got all the plot armor, even though they knew Marduck for a really long time before she even found out.

I was sent this screenshot from someone. But too narrow this down. someone asked a question regarding a Q&A about things about the comic etc. Which was this

“Has there ever been in a character in Asmundr and/or Home whom you hated to write about at the beginning of the story, but grew to love them in the end?”

and well this was kiq’s response. at least this time he’s being open about it lol. but face it we all know the drama behind Marduk/Kheiilar regarding him and not to mention he’s still basically a stolen design

also his Villain arc sucks. he barely doing/did anything. If you read the pages already regarding what happens then you know what happens.

Regarding the new pages that is supposed to hint on rogio and Ibreon’s past. it feels like another lack luster page since its supposed to revolve around a main character, but its one entire page and suddenly we’re back to the present. I don’t know that whole point felt skipped over majorly. I guess the bear was cool and had valid reason to fuck up everyones shit due to dogs once again being the issue.

you know honestly if bears were still alive but yet were claimed to be hunted down to extinction for whatever reason in the present time. then them and the felines should just of become allies and overthrow the dogs, same with the sabercat rip offs. even when kargo went into that cave and randomly killed the bear, he just attacked it, no given reason.

as for Ibreons choice in the matter of his tribe being whipped, couldn’t he and rogio just I don’t know left? or killed him in his sleep like how rogio did for ranach and it was the easiest fucking way to get rid of areneak. I’m pretty sure rogio woudn’t give a shit if his dad was dead since he claimed he was abused all of sudden. but was perfectly fine being ranachs secret partner who abused him by “mental chains” without any given proof. Ah anyways I’m so bored with this sob story plot and rebellion.
