Update and Refund Inquiry for Vani's Queue
**Please read in full before submitting your form please! There's important stuff to acknowledge before proceeding with your form.**

Hey there, I wanted to go ahead and set up this form to leave on my Trello, along with an update to let everyone know what you can expect in terms of productivity from me within the next two months.

First of all I'd like to thank you all for being patient and understanding with me throughout these past couple of months, but I would like to be honest and upfront with this update by letting you all know that I was just recently issued a notice from my apartment complex regarding my plans for either renewing my lease or deciding to leave. I have until the 1st of July to come to this decision after I've paid rent for the month.

Those of you who have dropped in to check with me already are aware, but for those who are not, I have been planning to relocate to Philadelphia this year once my lease is over. This is a very time sensitive manner and it will be causing a significant hiatus on my owed work. Unfortunately, more of a focus will be on raising money for my new apartment's deposit, a trip to go see the place in person and meet with the property manager, a moving truck, and just about everything else that goes into a move. This is a serious lump sum I'm needing to scrape together in a short amount of time, on top of my other regular bills that are constantly chewing my funds up. So to say the least, I will be strapped for time and very stressed until I've settled into my new home. My current apartment complex has given me until September 30th if I decide to leave, so I would be looking to move before or by September depending on what I find. Most places I am finding require a move in by August as it stands, so more than likely I will need to pay an amount to hold a place before I can move in.

What this all means is that I have only July and August to scrape together somewhere around $4k or so. It's a lot, but it is possible. But it means needing to step away from owed work. Unfortunately when I'm under stress of this nature, I know myself well enough that not a whole lot will get done if it doesn't involve bringing in some sort of income. Basically, I just don't feel comfortable making promises with a move on my hand.

That being said, I would only like to keep people on my queue who are willing to stay and continue to be patient while I make this transition into my new home. There's a possibility of it being temporary due to the possibility of moving in with a close friend who's lease doesn't end until December, so things are bound to come up depending on what I find. So, based on how things went the last time I moved, I would rather refund people who don't want to go through all of this and I would rather not put you through it either.

I'm aware giving out refunds will chew into what I'm trying to save, but I will be making an effort to bring in enough to set aside and enough to hand out what refunds I can manage every so often. Originally I wanted to do a mass refund for my queue, but that ended up being impossible due to my staggering amount of bills, my student loans and paying on taxes. So at this time, I give out refunds on the go when there's excess to spare. Normally these come out of my base sales that have been very reliable these past couple of months. So I will definitely be getting more up soon since I have already given out a few refunds this month already with what's come in so far.

Please be aware that once I have managed to clear out my queue, rather it be through refunds, completing work or a mix of the two, I will most definitely go on a long hiatus from commissions to take a much needed break from worrying about things of this nature so I can work on different things for a while. When they're reopened in the distant future, my prices will be revamped and most likely doubled accordingly to prevent ever getting this backed up again. So if you get off now, the next time I open again in the future will be a bit difficult to say the least. So it's up to you. I am more than happy to refund at this time to lessen my load. But I am also very chill with keeping those who are also as cool and chill with waiting on their work while I sort through this moving situation. I will be making an effort to work on what I can to not completely rule out owed work, but I can't make concrete promises with all of this going on if you were to ask for an update since things are up in the air at this time. Work will most definitely resume normally after the move and I'm settled. As of now, it'll be sporadic at best as I raise money for my move.

This form is to serve as a list to go through and refund on the go as money comes in for me. Commissions ranging from $60 and under will be favored first at this time since these are doable and a decent lump sum can knock them out very quickly. Anything over will require partial payments depending on the amount owed, and will not be as immediate. It'll require some extra work on my hands most likely, like extra adopts as opposed to relying on base sales.

At this time you're also welcome to claim adopts that go up and use your refund in the form of a credit. All you need to do is just claim Autobuy on my auctions, I'm perfectly okay with this! There is an option on my form to select if you'll be on the lookout for designs to claim so I can inform you prior to an auction going live. Please note this will be for any designs I place up after rent has been collected.

This form applies to everyone on my queue, no matter when you got a commission from me. I don't want to subject any of you to waiting if you don't feel comfortable with the announcement of a moving hiatus. So leave your information with me if you'd like to get off my queue. Once I'm able to refund you, I will contact you with the info you've left me. If you need to speak with me right away, my DMS and Notes are open to discussion. I'm always around even if I seem absent from social media, I'm usually just hanging out on my personal account to get away from the daily twitter discourse lol.

Since I've already maxed out the amount of refunds I was capable of handing out this month, I will begin going through this form's responses to give out refunds after rent for July has been paid, and I've gotten a new base up for sale. Those of you with smaller refunds can expect to see money back as early as mid July, that's around the time my major bulk of bills have been paid. The rest of you, if you have a higher amount I will be contact with you shortly regarding my plans for tackling the bigger refunds after my smaller ones have been knocked out.

Again, thank you for taking a moment to read this update! Fill out the form below if you're wanting to proceed with filing for a refund. If you're not interested in a refund and would like to stay on my queue, all you need to do is simply disregard the form. But you're still welcome to reach out to me if you'd like to ask about anything at all.
