Refund Policy

Except as otherwise specified for Healthcare IT Connect Events (registration & sponsorships), Certifications, Facilitated Online training, References & Guides, Healthcare IT Connect will accept refund requests for purchases up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected] citing the reason for the refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed in the exact dollar amount of the original transaction including tax, handling charges, etc. or otherwise noted in writing by the customer to the credit card or by ACH (Automated Clearing House); the credit card refund will be received according to the card issuer’s policies. Refunds for all check payments will be issued via check.
