My name is Ahmed, and I am from Gaza.

In recent months, I have endured one of the most difficult experiences any father could face: I lost my first child, and the pain in my heart remains unbearable. Today, I find myself facing another challenge, a desperate attempt to protect what remains of my family: my wife, who is carrying a high-risk pregnancy, and my young daughter.

My wife is suffering from serious medical complications that threaten her life and that of her unborn child. The doctors told me that continuing the pregnancy without close monitoring and special medication could put her at risk at any moment. With the harsh conditions we live in Gaza—a shortage of medicine, a lack of adequate medical care, and an inability to travel or seek treatment—every day becomes heavier and more difficult.

I am a father trying my best... trying to protect my wife, save the life of the child we carry in our hearts before our wombs, and provide my little daughter with what makes her feel safe.

But today, I am helpless.

I am launching this campaign to ask for help from those whose hearts still beat with compassion.

Secure the rare and necessary medications for the pregnant woman.

Conduct medical tests and checkups.

Try to access safe care that will save the lives of my wife and unborn child.
