Sharing Sundays - January 10th
It’s only been two weeks, but the date is completely different. I am still getting it wrong on a daily basis at work. But it’s true! This is our first Sharing Sundays post of 2026! And we’ve got some awesome stuff for you all to enjoy as you head into the week. Starting off the year strong, y’all. 💪
Thanks so much to everyone who shared their work with us all this week!
- First, we have Sunlight After the Crashing Dawn by the lovely @davrinsleftpectoral and featuring the one and only Turvi! From the summary: “Life as a slave is hard, but hope is on the horizon.”
Note: rated M, check the tags
- Next we have A Love beneath the Moonlight brought to us by @iamsuperconfused, who wrote it as part of the DA Poly Exchange! So feast your eyes on this Lysette/Minaeve/Ritts piece! From the summary: “After the defeat of Corypheus, The Inquisition pursue their goal further while people begin to leave its ranks to return to their home or find new ones. Among them, Lysette, Minaeve and Ritts, having found love together, manage to secure a place for themselves in Ferelden.
Their journey begin on the road to South Reach...”
Note: rated E
- The one and only @serialsforbellara has written Date Night at the Pit, Gemma’s luchador premiere! An excerpt from the work itself that I loved: “The Pit.
He, Viago de Riva, was at the Pit. It was loud. Crowded. Hot. All the things he disliked.”
- @bestboyargos bringing some deep Rook lore for Corin Thorne in this Neverook piece Codex Entry. A Letter from Rook, on Names. An excerpt from this wonderful work to give you a taste: “I can’t sleep. What we saw this week. What was lost. I knew this job was big. The ritual, the dragon attack, but today I can’t even describe. It will haunt me for the rest of my life. And that thought makes me think about my life, which is why once again I’m sat looking at a blank page trying to get this all out. Think this is the sixth time (?) I’ve tried to. Maybe I’m drunk enough for it to come out.”
- Next, from @redhairedmuses we have Hunter’s Mark, a new Davrook piece that you can start with and get in on the ground floor as it continues on. From the author: “Hunter's Mark is a retelling of the events of the game featuring a Shadow Dragon Rook named Lennox Mercar, some added twists, and a lovely DavRook romance for all those lovers of that handsome Grey Warden.”
Note: rated M, archive warning for graphic depictions of violence
- And last, but never, ever least, Neon Dark, a Rookanis modern mafia AU by the incomparable @juniper-and-dragonthorn! From the author: “After a year in prison, Lucanis Dellamorte wants nothing more than to disappear while he picks up the pieces of his life. If only the media—and whoever set him up to take the fall for Ambrose Forfex's murder—will let him.
When it becomes obvious he's not going to be allowed to go quietly into obscurity, the hunt begins for the double-crosser. Someone wanted Forfex dead and they wanted Lucanis to be the one to pay for it. Now, he wants to know why. He didn't mean to drag Selora de Riva into his business, but she knows more about what happened that night than most, and has the connections that could lead him to the answers he seeks.
Unfortunately, Tevinter's Magisterium isn't quite done with him yet, either.”
Note: rated M, author chose not to use archive warnings
I hope everyone has a wonderful couple of weeks! Submissions are rolling for the next Sharing Sunday (January 24th), so feel free to send those my way, and a happy Sunday to all!
