Young Acier with her husband (a mistake of youth) God, I love how Acier turned out😫 She's so beautiful!🤍 And Corvus (that's what I decided to call her husband) looks even more intimidating next to her
In fact, I think that even though all of their children have Acier's white hair, Nozel, Nebra, and Solid's faces are more like their father's, while Noelle has her mother's soft features.

5. It's probably a bit foggy, sweet, and jelly-like because of the colors and my love for not drawing a line but just slightly cleaning up the sketch.
12.Well, first of all, you need an idea. Most of the time, it comes to me on its own, or if I come across a reference, for example. Then, I search for auxiliary images and references to help me. When I finally start drawing, I create a sketch. It can be detailed or not so much. Next, I redraw it on a lower layer. Then, I simply color the sketch. Finally, on a higher layer, I do the main work, drawing out all the details. I add the artist's signature, and it's done✨
22.Actually... No. I thought about what colors I could choose more often, but in fact, I use almost the entire color palette. In fact, I often add some colors even if they are not necessary. For example, when I draw blonde hair, I may add blue lines because it looks more beautiful

big problem… so it seems i have entered an art slump 😶
i havent drawn in about a month now because i just… did not have the time or chance to, and now that i do and I’m trying to draw, i feel like I’m just not drawing right…? Or like how i use to, idk
explanation: 1, as stated above, i had an art pause, 2, i got a new ipad that isnt 10 years old and cracked, as well as a new apple pen that actually uses the quirks i set for it in procreate. Problem is, I’m not great at using it since i was a finger drawer for awhile as well, and my art is looking muddy. I feel like I’m not nearly as fast at drawing atm, I keep going back and editing already finished works instead of continuing on, and even though i have a lot of art inspiration and things i want to make/complete, my art just isnt looking right to me. The shading and colors are all off, and my lineart is really crappy to me for some reason. 😬 not to mention on some stuff the shading is just muddy as hell…😬😬😬 anybody got any advice or tips? I really have things i want to draw and finish but my art is lacking that quality it use to have and i havent been entering that flow state 😭😭🥲
Actually, I can't recommend anything specific. I guess it's just... Draw? I had a similar situation. About two years ago, I became interested in digital art for the first time. Before that, I only drew in sketchbooks and occasionally used my phone to draw with my finger. The funny thing is that I already had a graphic tablet at that time, but I didn't use it for drawing. You might wonder why. Because I tried it a couple of times, and I didn't get anything good, so I gave up. And I really regret that I gave up and didn't even try. About a year ago, I decided to give it another shot. And of course, I didn't get a good result right away. I didn't like what I was doing, and my digital skills were much lower than my traditional skills. But you know, the only thing that helped me was just drawing. You need to get used to the new tablet.
It might also help, but don't hold on to what happened before. Even if your strokes don't look like the ones from the past, that's okay. For example, my traditional time does not work in digital. Let's just say you need to develop a new drawing formula. Here I would recommend trying to see how other artists do it. For example, to see how they do line, paint, etc. For example, find artists on the Internet whose art you like. Try to understand and analyze how they do it, and try it yourself (of course, we're not talking about simply copying someone else's style! You need to understand what they're doing to achieve this result!) This is how you will grow in your skill. You need to learn how to deal with the current conditions, and learn how to find new techniques.
