Somebody needs to write Sklonda or Pok doing the full interrogation room 'what are your intentions with my son' thing to Fabian.

Ask, and ye shall receive!

I’m sorry, someone said that Hallariel changes for the better for Fabian’s younger sibling because they’re a full elf and she knows Fabian is ‘temporary’ in her life because he’s a half-elf

I’m gonna flip my shit

The thing about Junior Year that really kills me is the ping pong balls. I know Fabian is a little bit divorced from day to day things that happen in the mansion/boat, but it's still wild to me that he didn't go... "Wow, with 20,000 gold maybe I should pay for a house keeper to come in. They could clear out these to-go boxes. They could clean after the parties. Maybe I should even pay for a personal chef!"

Cause like my boy is a rich kid that's always had someone in the house that was paid to clean it. Why didn't he just pay for someone to clean it??? The ping pong balls are ingenious, but could you imagine the Rat Grinders plot failing even earlier because... Fabian paid for a house keeper?

kristen, in an attempt to connect to cassandra more, bought a black cat and named her kalina. as above so below. the rest of the bad kids are ADAMANT that she is evil and kristen is actively defending her while this cat is in the bathroom eating and destroying toilet paper.

thinking sosososososo bad about kristen and purity and how she ends up throwing herself into disastrous relationships because the feeling is addicting and it feels like rebelling and not being under her parents judgement anymore. and this is what her and tracker used to do and kristen was more connected to her than anyone. and like. its not always her doing that or something similar because she is upset and wants to cope. she also has so so much love that she wants to share with the world and kissing feels like a beautiful extension of that at times. kristen and sex being an extension of the love and care for people she has

Always thinking about Adaine and Kipperlilly. Like I know Kipperlilly is SUPPOSED to be the foil to Riz, but god if she wasn't PERFECTLY set up to be everything Adaine hated. Wants to have some traumatic childhood so she can have an advantage in adventuring, but the only thing Adaine got out of adventuring against her parents was trauma and setbacks. Kipperlilly bottles up her anger so she seems perfect, thinking she's using it strategically when in reality she's kind of fucking herself over. Meanwhile, Adaine's anger is a part of her just as much as her magic is, so she wields it as such and shows very little remorse about it. Kipperlilly murdering (or otherwise being directly complicit in the murder of) her very sweet best friend because it would further her goal of gaining power, despite still loving Lucy. Adaine, on the other hand, literally risks any possibility of a good relationship with her at-the-time-kinda-evil sister just so that Aelwyn won't remember the torture she was put through, BECAUSE she still loves her.

Of course, Kipperlilly was being manipulated for a long time by an adult, but Adaine has suffered through similar things too, has suffered a LOT of it, and still didn't turn on those closest to her. Of course she would hate Kipperlilly, the girl is disloyal, which is so much of what Adaine despises in people.
