Two fics in 24 hours or less? Three in a week?? I'm on a roll folks, and hopefully I get a lot more done before I slow down. I've been sitting quietly with this one for months, and am absolutely stoked to be able to share it finally.
Grasping for a Shadow is one of my darker fics, but it's not without its levity, as per my usual. It was sparked by me asking the question, "what would have happened if Steve had jumped after Bucky?" The following 3.2k was the answer. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for reading <3

i do think it’s funny when you’ve been into a thing long enough that you’ve done all the serious analysis you can do so now you’re mostly just thinking up looney tunes scenarios to put the characters in
