You missed the mark when trying to fix the issues that appear when the player is on Kallie's path and not Laura's. I mean, what you did works for that specific scene in chapter 12, but there's a bunch of other places where the dialogue is still messed up because the script was—is—consistently checking if ch10_tell_Laura == "yes" to see if the PC told Laura that he's in a relationship with Kallie, but that variable isn't set to "yes" except in the branch where he's also intimate with Laura. You just need to fix that (and undo the change you made to the conditionals in the ch12 scene) and all the issues will be taken care of.
God this is such a good balanced game with story sex and scares ibdont do horror games but this is a top 5 game for me when that burned one showed soon as they walked out the door my heart stopped 😆

Now i'm curious in this your new work, Toxicty, and i'm loving the story. Honestly, the story is too good so i wanna ask, when's the next update?
Looks like the public release for 0.10 is planned for September 21st. Have you checked Interim Domain ? It's also from them.
As for Now and Then's ending I don't think Julie and Sydney being there have a bearing on who ends up being the "main wife", there's a detailed walkthrough (the link is somewhere on their Patreon, for free) that likely explains how it works, just like there's one for this game and Interim Domain.

From what I know Now and Then endings with Julie and Hana as main romantic partners were added in directors cut and because of it there are determined mostly by one choice at specific moment beside overall good relations with them to have it. I know for sure that, if in the night after the main attack on Hana's house you chose "Stay in bed with Carol", then the ending will concentrate on a partner with the higher "Love points" excluding Hana or Julie.
Personally I really like, that ending with Julie was added, if you choose "Get up and check the staff quarters", because thought she was less shown than the others, she is my favourite. If you don't choose to visit main house or staff quarters after the battle, then probably the easiest is to get Carol's ending, because she has more opportunities to build close relation / get "Love points", but you can have with others, if you always prioritized spending time with them over Carol, or if many times you made wrong decisions in that relationship. Story of MC and Carol is the core of the plot, plus probably only with her it is unavoidable to start intimacy, so she being at the centre at the end is suitable and main plan of the creators. Yet, I appreciate that all relations have some depth and all potential partners have personality, also that even if you have chosen polyamorous path - the ending isn't the same, but defers depending on your choices.
What is different and in some ways make me uncertain about my choices in TOXICity compared to Now and Then, is that in this new game there is less openness about intimacy and unlike in previous one I feel bad as a cheater by having intercourses with all female characters (it is softened by some thoughts of MC, that he isn't sure about how any of the relationships are deep, or if any will continue) and I am not sure if symbiotic poly will be available at the end, or attempts of it will blow out in MC's face,

Don't be afraid to show the MC's face or give them a haircut. This is a trend that's worn out its welcome a long time ago.

Please spare the rest of us the effort of reading your gooner tears and your pathetic attempts to wave cash around like your individual $5 matters. Unless it is a military car that is designed against biological, chemical, and nuclear attack, I don't think an electric car would fare much better. Not to mention that an electric car is still rare globally, at around 10 percent, according to statistics.
But from what is established by them driving that truck is that any car is fine as long as it doesn't take in air, "close the vents". This is why when floods happen, electric cars usually drive around fine. And i think nowadays, especially in cities, they're way more common.
Just a minor thing I noticed in 0.05. There are multiple uses of 'hit the breaks', which in context is talking about stopping or slowing down, which is what vehicle BRAKES do. Something that could slip past a spell checker since it is spelled correctly, but is still grammatically incorrect.
Can you change the saves location for Android. Can't load my data from previous saves, i.e. can't move save files in android>data>com.toxicity.myapp folder 😭
Solid foundation for a great story. I love story rich thrillers and can't wait to see where the story goes. Also a noticeable improvement on character models compared to previous VNs.
Just my personal preference, but I personally hope that Kallie and Laura's story doesn't lead towards cheating, considering Kallie is engaged and Laura is married.
