Good Omens-related writing reference post

Just putting the fics I’ve written so far in one post, so I can have the links compiled in one place (for my sake and anyone who is interested in reading these fics!). I will continue to add to/update this post if/when I write more.

Hi Anon. Yes, you are very much correct that Georgia’s tweet could have been about herself and her own enjoyment of anal intercourse. What I was trying to get at in my response is that at the time Georgia wrote the tweet, and because the wording was a bit ambiguous/vague (as many of Georgia’s posts still tend to be), it could be read in several different ways. Going by the original post and the notes on it, that’s exactly what happened, with some people thinking it was about Georgia and some people thinking it was about David. And I think Georgia was more than fully aware of what it meant to put that information out there for people to read.

I definitely agree with you about David bottoming before, though (whether we’re talking about via pegging or otherwise). I’ve tended to see David as a switch, depending on the situation/person he’s with, but it seems pretty clear that a lot of people have picked up the same vibe over the last 20 years and across multiple projects that David has done, people he’s acted with, interviews he’s given, and so on.

You also make a salient point as to why Georgia would tweet about that, but she has frequently referenced their sex life since then, so I don’t think it would be entirely surprising or out of character for her. Again, though, she absolutely could have been talking about her own sexual preferences, and that’s completely okay.

It’s so interesting to see people clutching pearls over Hudson Williams at the Dsquared² after party slutting it up and dancing with men, women, and people of all genders when if Instagram had existed when Michael was 25, we would’ve probably seen photos/videos of him doing the exact same thing in the Vauxhall or Scala Cinema or God knows where else. But the fact that the reaction is still the same 30 years later tells you how far we still have to go when it comes to queerness and just letting people be who they are…
