See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

I just had the strangest experience. I read that Yukio Mishima short story Patriotism, that I reblogged a moment ago, laid in bed. And it features a scene of seppuku in such intense detail and length that it actually caused me to faint? But I didn’t really feel like I was fainting because I was already laid down in bed with my head propped up by a pillow. So I just sort of had the feeling I was getting lightheaded, put my phone down, then nothingness. Then the sensation in half-dark barely closed eyes that I was in some fast forward fugue, racing, roiling blood pumping, body vibrating. Then I burst awake shaking heart thumping. Just still laid there in the same position disoriented. Since I was a child I’ve had a history of fainting because of some exposure to surgical detail or descriptions thereof, but it hasn’t happened in about 8 years, and in total has only affected me about 5 or 6 times in my life.
