Can you say body horror?  Pulpy premise.

I really like the  lanterfruit as a concept and gameplay mechanic. The four NPCs also stand out as interesting. I think players will latch on to them quickly and a lot can come of those interactions.

Thanks! I'm working on an expanded version that fleshes out the world a little bit and has more quest hooks and NPCs that had to get cut to fit within the page count requirements for the Appx N jam. I really enjoyed working on this project, so I'm glad someone else enjoyed reading it :)
