Only after I wrote this did I notice that there had been an update to the soundtrack. It is conceivable that this has a decisive influence on the player's motivation. A different kind of music that rouses the player could perhaps increase their motivation to continue playing the game.

It's the same for me as I've read in some places on the internet: at some point, I lose the motivation to continue playing. I feel like it's always the same thing over and over again. By the time this point came, I had already been playing for almost an hour. Getting back into the game a few days later proved very difficult, as I no longer knew where I was and what I had to do next.
There is a point where I throw the box two squares. The box in the screenshot came from the top left and flew one square further over the bench.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intentional. Since I didn't realize beforehand that this would work, I had to think about it for a long time.
Best regards
Thank you for making it possible for me to play this game on a 32-bit Linux system. It works in the Firefox browser. It's a good game. I'm getting better and better. But I still make mistakes from time to time. I haven't managed to score over 100 points yet.

The scoring system in this game still has a lot of potential for expansion. For example, parks can have a positive impact on the city or adjoining houses, while wind turbines can have a negative impact.
I use a 32 bit Linux system with Wine 1.6.2-20 for MS-Windows games.
If developers like you would point out that it is a 32 bit game I could save
a lot of time and would generate much less download traffic. In this context,
it occurs to me: What size is the game when tracker tunes are used for the music?
The game could be much more interesting for people like me.
In the simplest case, building a road could be cheaper,
125 as in your video for an unreleased version of the game. And the game
could start with 50.000 instead of 25.000.
The game should give you the opportunity to make mistakes and correct them
without having to take out a loan.
If the number of residents in the apartment building were higher,
the income opportunities would be better. This could make the game easier
and thus ensure fewer moments of frustration.

First the following:
I have not yet succeeded in finding the right price in the markets.
I am also one of those who want to play the game without making
losses and without having to take out a loan...
The first thing I did in the game was to build the red sector at the top.
The game starts with the upper road leading from the bottom right to
the top left. The money was initially enough for the area up to the
blue sector, which means that I have two times 5 houses with a market
that are connected to a reservoir and a factory. I also built some trees
between the houses. Stand-alone houses make it possible to increase
the rent more than is possible with adjacent houses. Increasing the rent is
absolutely necessary in this game! By increasing the rent, I achieved
an average daily increase of 10. This is frighteningly low and in my opinion
shows the problem of the game: The game is too difficult to have fun with
at the beginning. I had to save for almost 2 years to earn enough money
to build the last section in the upper red sector: 1000 for each house, 750
for the market, some road sections and trees. Therefore, more than 7000
should be calculated! When the red sector at the top was completely closed,
daily income averaging 22 was possible after rent increases.
How to proceed now?
I have decided not to make any more significant changes and to save money.
I only completed the lower red sector when I had almost 30000 assets. This
meant: more than 4 years of clicking through! It's not fun! Now I have a daily
income of 45 in June of year 8, which I don't find really satisfying. :(
If you know a more effective way to play this game, please write here. *!
Kind regards
Offering the games for free is probably only a good idea if you want to get people like me to watch them. You have now done that ;-)
I only pay for games with Paysafecard, which is not possible here at itch.
I only buy games from GOG.
I found several games of yours that work on my system and that I like.
I never really spend a lot of money on games. If only because I never know for sure whether games really work for me. I use MX-15 Debian Jessie 32 bit and Wine 1.6.2-20 for Windows games. Your games work perfectly on my computer.
If you had offered a bundle on GOG with the games Circulate, Cubology, Darkside, Kitten Sanctuary, Mirror Mixup, Pyracubes, Scavenger, I would have bought it at the sale for 10 euros at the latest. And the games together are at least worth that.
I buy games from GOG and pay with Paysafecard. I usually buy 5-6 games for the normal price of your game. I don't want to spend a lot of money because I never know if a game will work for me and if I will like the game at all. A demo version could change that. 9.39 Euro at GOG during a sale was still too expensive for me. You could offer the Linux version much cheaper, nobody uses it anyway! ;)))
