Stephcass toxic yuri inspired by the lesbians in that one episode of House MD where Steph donates an organ to Cass as a way to reassure herself that Cass can't leave her. Cass sees that Steph is lying/not saying the whole truth as to why she would donate (there were other possible options) but decides not to look for answers and is satisfied with knowing that she has a part of Steph to herself forever that, at least, will last.
