The thing about Junior Year that really kills me is the ping pong balls. I know Fabian is a little bit divorced from day to day things that happen in the mansion/boat, but it’s still wild to me that he didn’t go… “Wow, with 20,000 gold maybe I should pay for a house keeper to come in. They could clear out these to-go boxes. They could clean after the parties. Maybe I should even pay for a personal chef!”

Cause like my boy is a rich kid that’s always had someone in the house that was paid to clean it. Why didn’t he just pay for someone to clean it??? The ping pong balls are ingenious, but could you imagine the Rat Grinders plot failing even earlier because… Fabian paid for a house keeper?

I was thinking the same thing the whole time. Like Fabian, hire a cook. Fabian, hire a housekeeper. Fabian, please…

Then again, he probably didn’t want to replace Cathilda.

Though I think making her the head of staff once she returned with a nice pay raise and a new team of underlings would have been so nice. ☺️
