I spent this week helping Pat in his quest to climb to the highest points of all the countries in Europe. We climbed the highest peak in Austria and the Eastern Alps, with the added spice of making the ascent by it's most celebrated route, the Stüdlgrat! Austria and the South Tirol offer some wonderful opportunities for glacier tours and mountain climbs serviced by some of the most luxurious huts in the Alps.
