call me an extremist all you want, but i’m loving the new branches of academia that are developing. why stop at dark and light academia??? give me punk academia. chaotic academia. grunge academia. i want to see every possible aesthetic eventually make it’s way to academia if it’s the last thing i do.

I can't reccomend punk and grunge academia over straight da enough because you get all the pretensions and poetry of the later but you don't have to long hopelessly for a free ride scholarship to Oxford that you're never gonna get - you just stencil an Oscar Wilde quote on the back of your jacket and move on with your day
