Poisoned Hearts & Portals in episode 7x22 “Leaving Storybrooke”

Hook grabs Alice’s hand to keep her from being sucked into a portal, even though the physical contact activates his poisoned heart and causes him excruciating pain. Alice tells him to let her go, but he shouts, “Never!” and fights his way through the pain.
