A reminder

Well, I'm thinking maybe a series of reminders perhaps.

For those who forgot with a blink of an eye what Jikook are to each other. Forgot how they look at each other. Forgot what they mean to each other. Forgot who they are as people, what they have told us about themselves and each other.

And for those who miss them, who feel a little or maybe a hell of a lot sad atm. I think we are all somewhere on that spectrum of sadness. We all need a little cheering up.

So, let me remind you and let me try to bring you a little joy in the process.

And I thought I would start with JM, because he is the one who is being doubted atm. JM and the way he looks at JK the way he sees him. Especially when he lets his guard down.

This is not a summary of said moments. I can think of several more.

Wait... here are just a couple more...

Idk about you, but give me a man that will look at me lovingly when I'm stuffing my face like that. Even my man, who for some crazy reason still loves me 30 years and counting into our marriage has his limits (certified, I just showed him the clip and asked him 🤣🤣).

In any case, care to count how many of these are from 2020-21? You know why I'm asking...

Just a reminder...

hello. i don't know what the armys' stance here is regarding the palestinian genocide. but i'd like to share a jikook project with the intention of raising funds to donate to the palestine children's relief fund (pcrf). all support for the project's purpose is welcome, and if you are authors or artists, take a look.

💜 JIN 💜

As I watched Jin’s live viewing last night, with my non-ARMY husband (and decked him out in WWH tee), I realized how proud I am of Kim Seokjin. Uri Seokjinnie was sick, but still gave an amazing performance. He ruled his stage. He gave his all. He sounded soooo goooood. I was gushing to my bewildered husband the whole time, and after the show he told me he enjoyed himself. He’s never experienced an interactive concert like that. I knew it was the right decision to drag him along hahahahaha

Ahhhh, Jin. You’re my favourite vocalist amongst the Tannies. Both Happy and Echo are my favourite jams. I’m so happy you’ve had a succesful tour. I can’t wait for what’s next from you and BTS.

Well done, Kim Seokjin. So damn proud.

I’m in my Jin era, but will always have a soft spot for uri Jiminshiiiiii

Thanks Tae and Hobi for my Jimin updates 😍

250623 - Yoongi donated 5 Billion KRW to Severance Hospital to establish the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, dedicated to treat children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum and help them gain social independence.

Severance Hospital announced on the 23rd that they held a groundbreaking ceremony and will open the center in September. The Min Yoonki Treatment Center will support children/adolescents' mental health through language, psychological, and behavioral therapies and they will operate various programs that connect clinical practice and research.

The hospital explained that "Even while working as BTS, Suga, along with his dedicated charity work, held an ongoing interest in mental health, psyche-behavior difficulties, and especially adolescent depression. And he has been searching for ways to offer help through his talents and capacities in music.

Last November, Suga first met with Severance Hospital's Prof Cheon Geun-ah, a leader in pediatric psychiatry, and through several meetings he learned that patients with the Autism Spectrum Disorder need individualized treatments that match with their stage in life, rather than short-term treatments.

He agreed that long-term treatment plans of more than 10yrs are necessary to bring about positive results and as a treatment center is needed for this purpose, he decided to donate 5 billion won. This is the biggest donation that Yonsei University Health System (the healthcare network that Severance Hospital belongs to) has ever received from a celebrity.

Suga and Prof. Cheon also discussed establishing music-based social skills development for children and adolescents with ASD and incorporated musical content into social skills development programs, creating the MIND (Music, Interaction, Network, Diverity) Program.

This year from March to June, Suga dedicated his weekends to meet directly with children with ASD and help develop the program. Suga played the guitar and other instruments and helped the children match the rhythm and harmony, and interacted with them through music and thereby helped to expand their emotional expression. He also taught the children how to play musical instruments.

Suga said that "While preparing the program with Prof Cheon Geun-ah and volunteering here in the past 7months, I felt deeply how music expresses our feelings and how it is a precious avenue for our thoughts and for our communication." He added "That I could be with the children with ASD on their treatment journey, that alone, filled me with gratitude and happiness. I will continue to give my support so that many more children with ASD will be members of our society.

Prof. Cheon said "I was impressed by the unwavering sincerity that Suga displayed through his serious and intellectual approach" and that "The Min Yoongi Treatment Center and the MIND Program aims to help children with ASD, through the medium of music, to grow and become independent people and healthy members of society and also to eliminate the prejudice against patients with ASD and raise awareness.

Ahhhhh Yoongi, you’re amazing! 💜
